University Events

The Columbus State University Office of Logistic Services provides event planning, coordination, and scheduling services for university events. The goal of the Logistic Services Department is to serve the university community as it reaches out to both external and internal groups.

As event professionals, the Logistics staff is prepared to be involved at the level required to ensure that all events create a positive experience for both the client and the event participant. To meet that goal, we develop new concepts and ideas for traditional and nontraditional university events, focusing on the keys to planning a successful event. We are committed to upholding the tradition of excellence at Columbus State University.

All Columbus State University Faculty, Staff, and Students wishing to book space must submit an event request through (Cougar Scheduler).
